  O mj Boe! Te lody to istne szalestwo. Wpadam w cig i codziennie przychodziam sobie na porcyjk lodw przed snem. Uwielbiam patrze jak babeczki mieszaj dodatki z lodami. Wspaniale, e maj ju swoje gotowe kompozycje, zatem wybr jest prosty i szybki. PYSZNE lody.

  Customer service is #1. Haven’t been here in a couple years and was surprised at the change in this place. Clean, bright and the help was fantastic. Got a cake while I was there and they peronalized it for me. Looks great. New owners have completely turned this place around. Thanks!!

  Melinda S.. My family has ordered cakes from the Valparaiso Cold Stone Creamery for several years. Last Thursday I ordered a cake to be picked up on Friday. It was a custom cake and I had a discussion with the person who took the order about what kind of cake/ice cream/frosting, etc. and I stated I wanted Happy Birthday written on top. She asked what color and whether I wanted a name and I told her yellow for the color and that I didn’t want a name. I went to the store later to pay for the cake since she had called me back to say they wouldn’t make the cake until I paid for it. This was a new policy. My daughter picked the cake up for me on Friday and questioned why nothing was written on top and was told this was what I had ordered. I was unavailable at the time so she couldn’t verify with me. The cake was smaller than in the past and more expensive. I know that has happened to a lot of products these days! When I called to ask why my cake was not prepared as I requested, I was told I would have to talk to the manager, who was not there at the time. A short while later the manager called me and explained that he was the one who had decorated my cake at 4:00 am that day, per the instruction sheet. He further stated that my daughter could have had something written on top when she picked it up. This would have been on top of the multi-colored sprinkles that covered the top of the cake. He did offer me a $5.00 coupon for a future cake purchase. I expressed how disappointed I was and stated I had to get back to my birthday preparations and hung up. After considering the episode over the weekend, I have to say that I will not be ordering from this Cold Stone Creamery again. New ownership in this case is not a positive change. I had heard from other people that the service had declined since the ownership changed, but my family likes the cakes from there and that it the only time I go there. The manager’s attitude with me and trying to place the blame on my daughter tells me customer service is not a priority with him. I support local business but I don’t support those businesses that treat their customers poorly.
