Treat you like special guest. From the minute you walk in the door the entire staff treats you like a special guest in their own home. Sangria is always great. So is the lemonade. The owner is always present, takes pride in his food, service and gives back to the community. Tapas are good. Desserts are heaven in your mouth.
Always fantastic!. We have been going to Don Quijote for years and always have a wonderful experience. Recently took my fiance for the first time who also loved the food, atmosphere and most of all Carlos, Elena and la bota. We love to order several tapas – gambas, albondigas, tortilla and of course the bread with alioli. Carlos and Elena care so much about their clientele and try to put out the best product available. Definitely try Elena’s home made desserts! Please remember, this is Spanish food – not Mexican! No tacos or fajitas here. Give Don Quijote a try – you will love it!
Hit or miss. Not something you want from 53 dollar paella. Last one we ordered smelled way too fishy. Fresh fish should not smell.
Excellent food, service, & ambience. I first ate here 25 years ago and always thought of that meal as one of my best ever. After recently returning to the area, my wife and I ate here again and loved the entire experience. First the food was phenomenal–you must order the Paella Marinera for two. Service was great–the owner came by personally a few times to explain the menu, our meals, and desserts. And the atmosphere was fantastic–neatly decorated and two guitars playing the whole time.
Very Disappointed. We took clients there for dinner just last night. Service was terrible at first she was all over us and then after we ordered dinner she was gone for an hour. Four different entrees were ordered and all were disappointing. Will not go back.
Don’t Bother. Do yourself a favor, have Sangria at a sidewalk table and then go somewhere else for dinner.
Ugh this is it…the service was awesome but the food was nothing you couldn’t make at home for $30 … wow I was expecting so much better
