Mission Our mission is to make great beer and share it. Utilizing the best ingredients while synthesizing classic and innovative brewing styles and techniques, riding on the edge of where beer has gone and where beer is going. Company Overview Figure Eight Brewing is a small craft brewery located just an hour southeast of Chicago in Valparaiso, Indiana. We believe in making great beer and enjoying life to its fullest. Hours: Open Wed-Sat 11am-10pm, Sun 11am-9pm. Sunday Carryout available! Description A fun brewpub on the Courthouse Square in downtown Valparaiso. We have 11 of our handcrafted brews on tap, homemade rootbeer and a light menu of sandwiches, salads, appetizers and desserts and are family friendly.
