Gross. We have ordered twice this last time I ordered Lo Mein my favorite. When my food was delivered there was an awful smell coming from the food similar or rotting cabbage. It was the Lo Mein not only did it smell bad it was awful, the pot stickers were just ick, and orange chicken tastes like well.., not orange chicken it’s been awful and wouldn’t suggest if you love Chinese food….
Good food, less than satisfactory customer service. Food has always been good, but the delivery guy has been downright condescending to me about proper ordering etiquette, as well as literally forcing me to check my order before he left because i mis-ordered ONE TIME! and i acknowledged that it had been my fault, verified my next order very specifically, and the guy still asked to step in while i look over the order. i love the food, but unsure if i want an uncomfortable encounter every time this guy delivers my food.

First Experience. Will NOT be ordering from here again–waited almost an hour for my food to be delivered–the egg roll is miniature size–and the beef fried rice isn’t that good either–and I paid $15 for 1 egg roll and an order of the rice–RIDICULOUS!! NEVER AGAIN!!
I absolutely LOVE Jade Garden. I grew up in Valpo & even worked at Jade when I was in high school. Their fried rice is the best I have ever had. Anywhere. I love everything I’ve ever eaten there & the restaurant is cute & holds great memories for me. I would (& do) recommend JG to everybody who hasn’t been fortunate enough to try it yet 🙂
Jade Garden fried rice is my favorite food.. I grew up in this area. I thought NEW MOON was great until I tried Jade Garden. I love Jade Garden I lived out of the country for a year the first place I went out to eat when I returned home was JG. Their JG fried rice is to die for their egg rolls also very good, the chicken rice soup is comfort in a bowl. this is a Must try.
I have been eating at jade garden for two years now and have to say the food is very good. I used to go to jade garden but I feel like the food there was not all that good
