Pesto Cavatappi. Do you see any pesto on these noodles? I didn’t either.01 Jan, 2015I’ve been here and few times since we moved to the area because I used to love the Noodles back in IL. This one is not nearly as good though and I probably won’t be going back. Everytime time I’ve gone, even if it was an off time with very few people in the restaurant I’ve waited for a really really long time and the staff don’t seem very concerned with their customers at all. The portion sizes always seem a lot smaller then what I was used to as well. This last time we went we ordered pot stickers and it’s supposed to come with 6, well they gave us 5 whole ones and then 1/4 off of the end of one and counted that as the 6th one. I ordered the tomatoe bisque which was good but the bowl wasn’t even half full. I also ordered the pesto cavatappi and there was hardly any pesto sauce on the noodles so they were dry and flavorless. The best part of that dish was the braised pork I ordered as a extra.
Portions Small & Mgmt Sloppy. I do like the food however the portions seems to be small for the price. / When brought to the Store Mgr attn, she didn’t seem to care. Her impression on her uniform matched her attitude. I couldn’t believe a Store Mgr would have a sloppy look. Her socks didn’t even match! I have been in there several times. She always seems to look upset.

My favorite is the penne rosa with parm chicken and green salad. My kids love the mac n cheese. Love it when they email coupons if you sign up online. I wish they had the punch cards again for frequent customers like me!
One of the few places I can eat vegan and have a tasty well rounded meal.
I generally like Noodles but the Valparaiso location has an inept staff. They get orders wrong, like forgetting the meat item which costs 2.25, and making extremely small helpings.
Pricey but still good. Took me a while to find something on the menu I liked. I still feel the prices are a little on the high side (especially with drink) for what you get but overall not bad.
