After last nights unsatisfied experience I feel the need to share this after talking to family and friends who weren’t surprised. While the hostess went to prepare our table to be seated the owner came up and said she closed the kitchen for the night at 8:15. Mind you, there were multiple tables still mingling. While we all were very shocked, she compensated by letting us know her son owns Stacks and she would call and get us in if we wanted to head that way. We were very pleased and excepted her offer. When she got off the phone she said there was an hour and a half wait and we could not be fit in. First off she made it sound like whether or not there was a wait we would get in due to the fact she close the kitchen early and was losing our business. After Stacks wasn’t an option the least she could do was offer us some kind of a voucher to put towards our next meal there. Both restaurants have excellent food and are restaurants we frequent, however coming in contact with the owner made it clear our business wasn’t important to her.

I used to be a huge fan of Pestos, but it has really gone downhill in the past few years. The only decent things on their menu are on stacks menu as well, which I find funny. It’s overpriced for the low quality chicken, and the frozen pre packaged sauces and noodles. I can make better italian food myself. I’d rather drive to Olive Garden if I want mediocre, frozen food; at least they have good breadsticks & salad. I’ve given this place too many chances, I won’t be back.
