I love Schoop’s. When I want a burger, I go to Schoop’s. I don’t care if there are more toppings or so-called better quality burgers out there, I like Schoop’s. The charred edge of the burger is their trademark, and adds a great level of flavor. This is also my favorite place for breakfast in Valparaiso.
