I love shoes pizza! I don’t mind paying a little bit extra for good quality pizza and to support a family owned local business. Definitely one of the best tasting pizzas around. Wednesdays are awesome because they have $1 drafts!
Ridiculous Prices!. Food is good, but paying $20+ for a pizza is nuts. Their wings aren’t a bargain either. For a family of four, expect to spend about $50 for a basic size meal.
Fantasitc. Ive aten ALOT of pizza from all over the world,,this is my favorite pizza close tie to that of Pizza Selenia in Varna Bulgaria. The crust is perfect- soft inside and crip outside crust. Tomato sauce is a delicous flavor not too sweet nor spicey,, the toppings they offer is a little limited but the pizza is fabulous- you will not be disppointed. Fair priced.
Hands down one of the best pizzeria’s in the Chicagoland area. The pay before you eat system is something to be desired, but the staff is very attentive and my drink is always full. The food is delicious, I just wish they offered more for the individual diner, meaning pizza by the slice and maybe more variety on the tv’s.
…pizza?. Why are you guys bothering with the pizza? Sure, the pizza is good. If you go to Shoe’s, get the friggin WINGS. Their wings are hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Beyond compare, without question, unequivocally the most delicious ever.
Great pizza!. We have Shoes pizza once to twice a month. I cannot remember the last time i had anyone else’s pizza. I love their crust. they put loads of topping on and the crust is substantial enough to handle it all. i agree their beer selection could be better and they also could get some flat screen TV’s to make dining in better. My wife likes the atmosphere as it is more conducive to having my full attention without the distractions and she can talk to me without having to yell.
Gave it 2 chances. Tried both the red, and red & white sauces, The pizza is flavorless either way, and the crust was VERY tough…I will say the wings are good, but then again its just the old Buffa Louies receipe.
