I love this new, creative approach to breakfast/brunch on campus. The atmosphere is comfortable and not obnoxious like one might expect, since they sell alcohol. Bloody Mary or Mimosa, anyone? Im not putting them down for that, having a drink with brunch is customary. Ive just had some bad experiences with drunks ruining brunches. But not here. The staff is very attentive and professional. I liked the options on their menu, it was rather difficult to decide. However, I chose the Lobster & Brie Omelet, which was absolutely delicious! The delicate yet rich flavor of the lobster enhanced the creamy goodness of the Brie. The only negative was that the omelet was pretty small (understandable because of the expensive filling) and the side order of fried potato wedges were cold, flavorless, and had obviously come pre-frozen from a box. Will be back again.
Excellent place for breakfast – the best in town. Eggs Benedict in all its varieties very good. Hueveros rancheros good but not spicy enough for my taste.
