My Experience. A few days ago, my roommate and I ordered dinner from you for dinner. It was my first time having my food delivered from Noodles, usually I just go in. Not only did the delivery take twice as long as I was told it would, our food was also cold when we finally received it. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to get the guys name who delivered our food as he handed us our food and left as fast as he could. I have always had good customer service at Noodles which is why I am so stunned at this awful experience. I can only hope that it was an off day and that it is not normally like that but my loyalty to this company was definitely affected.
Awesome Food & Service. I first visited Noodles & Company at its location in Evanston, IL. I thoroughly enjoyed it and was completely pleased when I found out they would be opening one in West Lafayette. Being a vegetarian, I love that tofu is a protein option on their menu. I generally choose a pasta entree from the Mediterranean section of the menu or American. I don’t think I’ve ever ordered an Asian dish. I would be hard-pressed to name a dish that I haven’t enjoyed.I recently visited with my Little Sister during our first outing for the Big Brothers Big Sisters SchoolPlus program. She had never been there, and she ended up ordering a Caesar salad with chicken. This was her first time ever having Caesar salad, so she took a few bites, but that was all she could force herself to eat. We went up to the counter to see if we could possibly exchange the dish, and we were told that that wouldn’t be a problem at all and that we could get anything we wanted in replacement. We asked for macaroni and cheese, and they brought us out a big bowl of it along with a complimentary rice krispie treat. There was no way she would be able to eat the entire giant bowl of macaroni herself, so I happily scooped out a couple big forkfuls for myself to assist. 😉
The macaronie &cheese is the best.
I enjoyed this place for something different. If you are looking for a change or maybe something healthier than now this place is good.
