Ok food, bad service. I’ve been to Oishi twice and I won’t be returning. The food is good, I can’t complain about that. The problem is service. Asking questions about the menu (specifically the menu in Chinese) was not well-received, we were berated for trying to order from it (despite speaking Chinese!) The second time I was yelled at for the waitstaff leaving the soup hot plate on during setup. There’s absolutely no respect for the customer here.
Started with the large & tasty seafood tofu soup & followed up with the stir fried udon noodles with tofu (had the chicken, beef previously, all delightful!). Although this fusion style cuisine is not representative of any one specific Asian country, the flavours blend very well together and are seemingly very authentic. A large variety of beautiful, fresh vegetables embelishes most of the dishes and the portions are generous. Will definitely return.
