A solid choice for Chinese food. They are usually pretty fast at delivering unless it’s a busy week (like eat cheap week or Grand Prix). The egg rolls are the true shining star here but other than that it is on par with Chinese food from anywhere else.
Terrible service. We ordered for take out general Taos chicken and moo shu pork. When we got home there wasn’t any rice for the chicken dish and no rice wrappers or plum sauce for the pork. Neither meal was a complete meal! The person who answered the phone said the manager would call me the next day. She didn’t so I called her the following day. I told her how we didn’t receive a complete meal of each if the two meals we ordered and she told me she would take 15% off of our next order. Really?? So I complained and she said well 20% that is the best I can do. I told her I won’t be calling in with another order ever! The minimum acceptable was one meal free the next order. Beware. If you order take out check the bags before you leave!
Terrible customer service. I ordered one thing and they gave me something completely different. Called them and made me drive there to get my right order. Then I asked if I could keep the mess up order and they said no, we give it to the cooks. Well with gas the way it is, they should have done something to tic their mistake. Never going back
They have rude and terrible staff. They claim to be open until 4 am, but the delivery driver apparently makes his own hours, and refuses to work after 3 am.
