This was probably my first proper American diner experience – I ordered what I think was called the Boudye which had 3 kinds of cheese (cream cheese being one of them!). I know its super common but I love the concept of having breakfast food for dinner. I definitely couldn’t eat something like this everyday but it was quick, affordable and so so friggin tasty!! The service and atmosphere of the place were great too
