Too expensive for the small portions you receive. Pasta is cheap to make, so there is no reason to be skimpy on basics like spaghetti. Tried the appetizers a couple of times, and a lot of it tastes like it was frozen and warmed up. Needs a lot of work. The owner is friendly, though.
I absolutely loved it. From the moment I walked in the door. The service is great, all were very friendly and more than one person went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The pace of the meal was great. I really liked being able to enjoy each dish before the next one was brought out. Everything from appertizerst dessert were excellent. The server even allowed us to taste a few wines before we decided on a specific bottle. Definately a wonderful dining environment and I cant find one thing wrong with this eatablishment if I tried!!
Very disappointed in this restaurant. I was excited about having a new Italian place in Westfield, but this did not deliver. The risotto balls as an appetizer were good but it was downhill from there. Ordered salads – they were so cold it hurt your teeth to eat them, not quite frozen but almost. Had short rib ragout as an entree… The meT was sparse. What was there was so gristly it was almost I edible. My don ordered the Tilapia – it had a funny taste – clearly not fresh. They took the fish off our bill but I hated paying for anything but the wine. In anew place you expect some service hiccups but not pre -prepared, warmed up food. I don’t give this place 3 months if they don’t fix these things. Too many great alternatives around.
