Owner Brian McDermott. Just watched Brian McDermott, the owner, berate a package delivery driver because he walked through the front door. McDermott literally cussed at the package delivery driver in front of all of his customers. When I asked an employee about McDermott’s actions I was told that he has done it before and to his staff. Not only is the food over priced but how McDermott treats people is why I will never be back.
EXCELLENT. Food is always good. Staff is very attentive. Even when the line is out of the door. Movesd people quickly..Only had 1 bad meal and was comped for this.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
On weekends they will not sit your party until everyone is present. So if you are coming from church they will not sit your party until everyone has arrived. You will wait until everyone is there. Not a place for enjoying a cup of coffee.
Good service and food even during a crazy Sunday brunch hour. Potatoe pancakes are awesome.
Came with the family and had brunch. Good bacon and great potatoe pancakes. Choc chip waffles were not good. Semi sweet chips in a waffle taste bad. I got a spinach crepe that was cold and not very tasty. Wife got col eggs and toast. I don’t expect a lot normally from breakfast places but for $40 for 4 plus tip, warm food would be nice.

I made it to this recently-opened Original Pancake House over the weekend. I decided to try a dish I had not tried in a while: the Eggs Michael. It is an english muffin topped with sausage, then a poached egg, and then smothered with a sherry-mushroom sauce. I enjoyed the dish. The mushroom and sherry combo is tasty.It is served with potato pancakes, which have a nice lemon bite to them. Also pretty good. Overall, for this visit, I give the following:Food: 2.5 Service: 2.25Atmosphere: 2.25**************** Explanation of rating scale: 1: Does Not Meet Expectations 2: Meets Expectations 3: Exceeds Expectations 4: Far Exceeds Expectations So, on this scale, a 2 is a respectable score. 4s will be very rare. (And hopefully so will 1s).
