Stopped by and ordered a carry out pizza. Very friendly atmosphere and service. The pizza was huge and delicious. We will be back for more. Great NY pizza joint!
Good Pizza but similar to a Luca Pizza place.. This place has been on my wishlist for almost 2 years and for when I next visited Zionsville area and had time to try. My daughter and her boyfriend talked us into finally going out of our way to try this place. The place is located in the corner of a shopping center. When you walk in, there is plenty of seating and is clean looking. The order counter is one that you would recognize as the same at a pizza parlor such as Luca’s Pizza at the mall and follows the same sales paradigm. Order from the counter, they re-heat, and serve. The pizza slices & calzone we ordered were same one would expect to get at the mall too, but not actually complaining, since I actually like that! Pics included. Enjoy!
Thank goodness it was free!. I had a coupon for a free large pizza, so it seemed like the perfect opportunity to try an Amore pepperoni pizza. It looked and smelled very nice. But one bite and i thought i was eating a slice of salt and not pizza. Im not sure if it was the sauce or the pepperoni or a combination of the two but even after 12 hours im still thirsty and feel like i have had my allowed intake of sodium for at least a couple of weeks. With other pizza restaurants in the area im not so sure that I will be returning any time soon.
Amore. Danny has taken over all operations and had restored order… Food quality and customer service are #1 priorities. If you have had a bad experience in the past , please give Amore one more chance. Ask for Danny and I will make sure you wont regret it. Im in here 7 days a week.
Ish. For those who don’t know good pizza or italian food. Been here a couple times. Pizza is mediocre at best and forget reheating leftovers – the crust becomes like cardboard overnight in the fridge. I love thin crust pizza but this stuff is not the quality I am used to . Also, the pasta – eg lasagna or ziti also taste like something from the frozen food section at Marsh. I will never go there again.
This is my favorite pizza! It’s New York style and thin crust. I just get cheese with spinach on it and its very good. This has been the best pizza place I’ve been to in Indy sence I’ve moved here 10 years ago, but the service is so horrible it makes me not want to go back. Whenever I order a Togo pizza its never ready and I have to wait. Also, the men that work there are eathier too flirty or extremely rude. And the girl taking orders, well let’s just say if I wanted to go to Hooters that’s where I would be. Overall good pizza & horrible service.
Great, quick slices to go, fresh salads, and those yummy rice balls!
