El toro bravo rocks. Very good service very good food and the place looks amazing
7 times a charm. This is our 7th time experiencing El Toro and we have made a point of ordering something different every time….and every time they have not disappointed. They give you enough time to encourage cross table conversation and the food is served with a very nice presentation. Looking forward to visit number 8 this Saturday.
Imitation LImitation. Very disappointed with the crab entree which turned out to be in imitation crab meat but was not indicated on the menu that way. When asked about it the waiter confessed and credited our meal. We replaced it with a Taco Salad that was less than memorable and the meat was a little too salty. Made me wonder if something happened to our food in the kitchen after we complained about the food. Trying to find something positive to say – I guess I could say that Chips and Salsa were not substandard but passed as the typical Mexican fare. At least the place was fairly clean from what I could see. I really wanted to like this place since we could use a good Mexican place in town. Margarita was premixed slushy machine concoction and was passable but barely. I will not be back.

Chicken Frajitas were excellent!!. We ate here on June 28th for the first time and will definitely be back. The salsa was very good though the chips were a bit heavy – we prefer the chips at Chili’s. The chicken frajita quesadilla that I had was excellent and my husband who is not easily impressed kept on about how good the full chicken frajita meal was. Others in our party were equally impressed – they stated that the guacamole was very good so not sure why others did not like it. I don’t care for avocado so gave mine to others and they ate it and theirs too.
I feel like the people who gave this place negative reviews ate at a different restaurant! This place was fantastic:,the service, food and atmosphere . My entire family was pleased. The guacamole was fresh and all of our meals were excellent. My son actually ate the rice and loved it which was a first for him. We will definitely return!
Nothing to describe.. No flavor, nothing exciting on the menu, no atmosphere. Just blah.
