Bad service, lackluster food!. I have lived in Ames for seven years, but somehow never had a chance to eat at Dublin Bay until this May. When my friend and I came for dinner, I was shocked by the horrible service. Our waitress kept disappearing; when I asked her for the drink menu and prices for beer, she didn’t know the prices. How can you be a waitress and not know such basic information? The food was also lackluster, definitely not worth $50-something bucks for two people. There are so many other restaurants in Ames that serve excellent food and provide outstanding service for the same amount of money or even less.
