Horrible pizza! Not worth the hour and a half delivery time
They need to get the basics right. Jeff’s Pizza is an enigma. Sometimes you dine in and get great food and so-so service. Other times you get OK food and sad service. Yet even other times you order delivery and they will screw up the order. I’ve really tried it with this place but they cannot get it together. Delivery service at Jeff’s Pizza in Ames is particularly spotty. A nearly 2 hour wait time and yet another order with omitted items prompted this poor review. The meal ordered was cold, this was a first. However, omitted items happened yet again. After trying for over two years with Jeff’sit’s a larger problem than one employee, or one night, or one off shift. They are clearly not serious about delivery ordersso unless you like to gamble with your time and money avoid Jeff’s. Just about everybody else can get a correct pizza order to your door. Jeff’s menu is great, should you want to dine in, however if you are over 25, expect mediocre service.
Awful service. Ordered a pizza that I often get from Jeff’s and got the pizza without almost any toppings whatsoever. I complained and the manager said he made it and I didn’t know what I was talking about. Incredibly rude and obnoxious, never eating at Jeff’s again.

Best pizza in the area if what matters to you is quality, freshness, and taste. Love the chicken Alfredo.
