  Brenda. Our family came to Chili’s for lunch before a soccer game of my grandson. We arrived at 12:50. It took over 15 minutes to even have someone come to our table. Finally he took our drink order. The kids got their drinks and the adults waited at least another 15-20 minutes. While we waited and waited for our drinks the waiter never checked back to see if we were ready to order our lunch. I finally asked someone else if they knew where our waiter was. Another waitress showed up and offered to take our order about the time our waiter showed up with drinks. Our appetizer showed up with our meal which took forever to get. I had explained we had a soccer game to attend and we thought we had plenty of time. My husbands enchiladas were burned and tasted like it. Our grandsons pizza was also burned. We finally left the restaurant at 2:10. Our bill was over $100.00 and I expect great service and delicious food for that amount. We will not be going back!

  Awesome. I love Chili’s!!! their 2 for twenty deal is amazing, which they have added new features and i cant forget their Oreo molten cake is awesome!!

  Beef Fajitas. Chili’s has changed the cut of beef used in their fajitas. It is now stringy and tough with gristle. I can imagine it is to reduce cost since beef is so high. Likely cow meat. Bad Mooooooooooove!!!!
