Northside Ankeny, this is a good joint. Atmosphere is good. Food is good. Beer is good. So nothing is terrible, since I’ve had most of the dishes. But one item I usually always get….Dirty Nachos! Graziano sausage and the cheese they put on is fabulous! I go here when I want a beer, watch sports and relax.

Great food, slow service. Typical sports bar and grill food, but done right. There are a couple different types of nachos and they are all good. They come with sour cream and salsa. A side plate of veggies and beans would amke them great! Their version of a Philly, the 76’er is my favorite sandwich. Tender beef that is seasoned just right. They veggies are cooked right as well. The bun is the right combination of firmness to hold together when dipping yet soft enough that it’s easy to eat. My burgers have always come out right. Their salads are huge. Probably too big, but that’s better than being too small. Good prices on their beers: $4 for a 25 ounce draft. Not bad.Their service can be slow. What’s odd as that the service seems slowest when the restaurant isn’t very busy. I’ve been there at times when there were only a few tables of people and more than enough staff to cover them, but getting service was challenging. Iv’e been there when big games were on tv and the place was packed and the service was excellent. If you’re looking for good sports bar and grill food, Sports Page is a great choice. If you’re in a hurry, you might run late.

Fun place to go. As a local Ankeny resident I like to go to this location to meet with friends or take the family there to eat. The food is ok and I have always had great service there. It’s great for watching games as there are many big-screen TVs positioned all around the restaurant. Sometimes they have live music on the weekend which isnt to bad.

Wowza!. I was pleasantly surprised how much I loved the Sports Page in Ankeny. The service was excellent, and it was just a really fun atmosphere! I loved the spin-art chicken sandwich!!
