tried calling to place an order as we have always wanted to try their BBQ. Kept getting a busy signal so we drove over there and there is nothing there anylonger, not even the sign. Not sure what happened??
I was brought up on this BBQ and continue to swear by it. The menu is small but that’s the best part. They know ribs and that’s the special. No reason to offer anything else.
Some food is always a little over done, the place is hard to find at first.
I am from Chicago, and have been craving some good bbq in Cedar Rapids. This place isnt it. High price for small portions. The meat was, if face, tender but bland with no smoke/bbq flavor. The sides were ok, so I added a star.
