Food was very good, and the customer service was amazing! I had never been there and the first time I went was for a college graduation party, they went out of their way to make it amazing. It was so nice me and my fianc went back the next night. She likes avocados so she loved the guacamole that they make right in front of you. Overall it was really good Mexican food at a very reasonable price and I will probably take my fianc back next weekend lol.
Mole is too sweet. Enchiladas were OK but nothing special. Booze is cheaper than Carlos Okelly but food is just about as bland.
Great food, great service!. My husband had a spicy shrimp dish that he said was amazing. I had the tacos azada and they were so good. And then they make fresh guacamole at your table that is so, so good. What a difference to have it made fresh. Margaritas are great and the owner walks around and tops it off with more tequila! It was very busy when we were there, but the service was timely and incredibly friendly. I highly recommend El Paraiso!
Authentic Mexican is appriciated. I have heard several people say the service here is not good. I have been here twice and both times, the service was good. In one case I had two servers that were making sure we had what we needed. With it being such a big location, you don’t feel jammed in next to the other tables and booths. The food is fabulous. I would have to say the fresh guacamole is amazing! Most restaurants use a guacamole mix and from what I tasted it does not seem to me that El Paraiso does. I give 5 stars for great ambiance, food and service.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!. We ate at El Paraiso tonight with our kids and my brother and his kids. We got there at 6:45 and no one took our order until 7:21. We didn’t get our food until almost 8pm. We immediately asked for the check because of how long we had waited for everything else and the fact that we had kids with us and needed to get home. We waited over 10 minutes and the waiter never came back to take our credit card. We finally went up to the bar to pay. Someone at the bar still had to track down our waiter to finish the sale. Nothing like having to chase someone down and beg them to take your money! The kicker is he said they were busy and there was no one in there!! 3 people were sitting at a table rolling silverware but we had to chase our waiter down? I love the food at El Paraiso, but the service is SERIOUSLY lacking. We have eaten there at least 4 times since they’ve opened and had the same slow service every time. I doubt we will return for a fifth time. Not unless we have 4 hours to burn at a restaurant!
Love this place. I can’t believe the 1 bad review I saw. We have had wonderful service here and the food is very fresh. I will say the parking lot is a mess. Once you get inside you will enjoy the experience.
Terrible food. Terrible service. Their salsa and red enchilda sauce taste the same. I didnt think that was possible but it is awful. Margarittas taste of cheap tequilla. We will not return.
