  Disappointed. At best.. I have eaten at Draught House at least a dozen times and although I do enjoy the food (good, not great), I have been very disappointed with the service and how I and others I know have been treated. So very disappointed that this is the first time I have ever written a review and am doing so in hopes that this reaches those making decisions. Pricing seems to change daily and depending on who is working and running the register. I typically have a cheeseburger with fries and add bacon (good, not great). The first day I ordered this, I ordered it as a to go order and the total was a touch under $6 and was told it was because it was on special. I was very satisfied and decided that I would come again. The next time I went there, (apparently it also was on special), I ordered the same exact thing. This time I got about half the amount of fries and was charged a shade under $10. I was confused what was *special* about that. Recently, the prices on the *special* cheeseburger have ranged anywhere from a $8-$10. I went again about a month ago and ordered a cheeseburger (menu read $7) and payed $14.96 for the total bill. I did not have a drink as it was to go. Please figure this out and charge the same every day. For nearly 6 years, this building (deanoz, 101 gastro, draught house) has been a staple in my weekly lunch schedule. Sometimes going 2-3 times a week with myself and my handful of coworker.The other day I went with myself and a few coworkers to lunch here and ordered a few to go *special* cheeseburgers (which we have done for 6 years) and were told we no longer could order special to go lunches although we rarely just order the specials. Because of this poor service, we decided to look elsewhere for our lunch. Unfortunately, I dont see myself coming into your establishment again until there is a drastic change to how you run your business. Here’s to hoping that something changes.

  So Much Better!!!. The food is great, the staff is awesome. Very fun atmosphere. Added a pool table and have dart boards to. Must check it out!!!
