And they think they should make more money. This store is horrible, the only time i eat mcdonalds is if my teens absolutely want it and that isn’t very often. we quit eating at this store, because they never ever get your order right!! from something as simple as a plain hamburger to messing up the pop. today i oredered a big mac combo, a chicken sandwich cripsy, plain!! and a premium crispy ranch snack wrap and 2 large fries.. i get pulled over to wait for the wrap,, i check the order,, missing the big mac, i go in tell them if they are going to make me wait they can at least get my order right. i get home and my daughters chicken sand has a special label on it that says plain,, it has cheese and bacon.. do the people that work here not know how to read??? i’ve worked fast food, it isn’t rocket science. the management doesn’t care, you get a i’m sorry,, that dos me know good when i’m at home and family isn’t happy. when we’ve used other mcdonalds i’ve checked my oreders but they are right 90% of the time. i guess when we eat out i will continue to take my buseiness to culvers or hardees as their people can at least read!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bring back the runners their were fewer orders screwed up when you had someone to double check the orders,, as a business owner you’d be taking a pay cut not getting a raise… the local management office is no better as i’ve talked with them before about the issue with this store and i was reassured that they were working on things with them,, that was a year ago….
