Customer beware! My meal was cold my fries seemed like they were cooked earlier when I returned my meal it tasted as though they just thrown in the microwave and that is unacceptable. When I complained to the manager I noticed that he rolled his eyes as he walked away from the table to another employee. Needless to say I will not be returning to this particular Outback Steakhouse. I have contacted corporate regarding this was given an apology but nothing further I still will not be returning to this place
No Bread. It seems Outback Steakhouse has a new policy of no bread at the table unless you ask for it. What a stupid corporate concept! We still eat as we did since birth and expect our restaurants to provide bread upon arrival unless you want to experience comfort food with extreme service. Outback has become cheap and arrogant in the face of the consumer. I was served a steak that could not be cut with a serrated knife. The manager tried to explain the different cuts of meat to me. I’m only 55 and have eaten sirloin my whole life, I didn’t need a lecture on the difference in marbeling. Overall the service was good and the manager was very professional, but the corporate policies will keep me away from Outback as well as the people I associate with.
Food good but too much for what you actually get. My fiance and I went today and enjoyed our dinners taste but not our price for what was included. Two soft drinks and two meals, which I would consider more along the lines of lunch sized, came to 40 bucks. They were nice enough to buy us desert due to our disappointment which was great. More than likely we won’t go back since the two other steak houses offer similar menu and better prices
Pretty decent steaks. For a chain, I think Outback does a pretty decent job with their menu. My wife and I eat here every other month or so. Over the years we’ve had many things on the menu and found the meats flavorful. The Victoria’s filet and prime rib are our favorites. I also like the Alice Springs chicken.Mostly we find ourselves going there when we want a Bloomin’ onion and an ice cold Fosters 🙂
