Great service. My husband and I were in last night the place was packed and we were provided the best service. The beer selection is amazing also. But we loved our server we will be back.
Worthless. I went there and put my credit card on the counter, the tender took it, looked at it and put it behind him on the counter. then asked what i wanted. After a few beers it was time to go so he 1se again grabs my card, and after looking at it he says we don`t take these. What a moron, so I said well thats all I have, take it or leave it. He proceeded to call me a thief and he said he was going to call the cops. I said go ahead there moron, I am right and you are wrong, and he was the most rude hunk of trash I ever had the misfortune to deal with. The idiot just said fine, leave, since he knew he was wrong. That place can go to where it be very dark and humid. Want to be insulted and treated like a thief? Go there. I sure will never again.
We had a great experience. Went for lunch on Saturday, had very good sandwiches and excellent service even though they were packed. We will return.
Worst service ever! I still go there for the amazing beer selection though but you have to sit at the bar to get even halfway decent service. They really need to make some changes to improve service or they will lose customers. Step it up! Or the beer selection won’t save you.
Usual fare. No one tries anymore…and why bother with the least common denominator at hand. This place has a lot of potential, but I can’t figure out what they aspire to be. The food isn’t bad, it’s worse–it’s pointless.
Needs Improvement. A friend and I went in for lunch last weekend and sat ourselves and waited ten minutes before we were helped. We were talked to by the staff a total of four times: first drinks, second order, third food, and fourth we waited for about fifteen minutes before we had to get one of the servers attention letting her know that we were ready to leave. And on top of the bad service our onion rings were soaked in grease. But other than that the food was good and service sucked.
I went in with a friend on a Thursday night for a beer and waited to be sat. After a few minutes we decided to sit at a table across from the bar. We waited there for 7 minutes (yes, I was watching the clock as I’m also in the service industry) and one server kept walking right by us as the other one was too busy flirting with a table of guys to help us. Finally we moved to the bar only to wait another 7-8 minutes for the brunette bartender to finish the conversation with her friend. Well, that never happened. Rude girls, horrible customer service.
