Solid. Four stars relatively speaking. If this were a big city, this would be a 3.5 stars, but since it is the best Sushi we’ve had in the Iowa City area it gets a local 4. White tuna and Salmon were highlights of the shashimi, firm and tasteful. Waitress Maddy was sharp on gluten free issues and quick to correct minor mistakes. Saketini martini and Firecracker roll were solid. Can not comment on regular entrees as we did not partake.
One of my favorite sushi resturaunts. The fish has always been very fresh and delicious. The miso soup is the best I’ve had!
I love to travel. This food compares to all the places I have been to. Food has always been just amazing each and every time I go. You have got to visit.
I went here for dinner tonight and the service is good. However, it took a loooooooong time to serve and the food was not as I expected. I ordered the duck. The rice came with it was toooooo hard. The duck meet is not a soft meat and the combination with that kind of rice was uncomfortable for eating.
Great sushi great service. Very friendly and the restaurant is new and very clean. I would definitely come back.
Worth It!. I love coming here. The service is outstanding and the food is delicious. I think they have the best sushi in the Iowa City/Coralville area. They also have great drinks, my favorite is the strawberry martini. This place is worth a try, you won’t be disappointed.
