Ordered a pizza, it never showed. Called them about it and they told us they called us 3 times. We never got a phone call. We told them this and ended up getting hung up on; three times. They didn’t seem to care we never got our food and definitely weren’t helpful in resolving the issue.
AMAZING service!!. I am from out of town, staying at a hotel. I accidentally told them the wrong hotel–clear across town! When they delivered to the wrong one they called me. They completely remade my food (to make sure it was still hot) and delivered to the right place even though it was my error!! AMAZING!!!
Stuck in a snow storm and my car is broke down so we were at the mercy of delivery for dinner. said it would be an hour. Turned into an hour and a half. I can understand due to the weather. But the pizza was ice cold and burnt, the sandwiches and fries were also cold. Called them about it and the girl on the phone called me a lier because they are not giving delivery times due to the weather. They were out of mushrooms and we still got charged for them! So, they offered to replace our food. Never arrived. Owner hung up on me. Will not offer a refund. Pizza sucked. Do not go there.
A great dining experience. My wife and I just dined out at Dough Boyz tonight for the second time. There is some food that just makes you look forward to the next bite and you want to eat and eat and wish your stomach was really big. That was how our dining experience was. Their appetizers and pizza are really high quality and taste wonderful. The service was very good too. Dough Boyz is definitely a place we will be visiting frequently in the future.
Even a stoner would starve!. I ordered 2 pizzas. The hamburger was TASTELESS to say the least. The sausage was boring no pizazz. It sat in my fridge for a WEEK. Finally my guy just ate it because he hates wasting money, poor guy 🙁
Needs more attention. Decided to try the pizza tonight, and not the buffet that i have heard nothing good about. It was very bland. We had 2 apps, the jalapeno cheddar potato bites and the mozz sticks, not bad at all but they came out of the freezer and therefor you cant judge the place on those. The pizza sounded delicious with smoked brisket, bacon and bbq sauce. Not so much. Couldn’t taste the bacon, no smoke at all to the brisket, and worst of all, I saw the guy in the kitchen take a pre-made pizza dough out of the freezer. I should have paid for our apps then and left but I was starving. Then a delivery guy came storming through the place shouting and acting all bent out of shape. All in all, for the price, location, and quality, we probably wont be returning
Gross gross and more gross!!! Frozen pizza is ten times better!!! Even school cafeteria food is better! Went for lunch buffet today! That was a joke! Salad bar wasn’t bad, however the pizza was nasty. My son, who usually likes pizza even when it’s crappiest at best, asked me if he had to finish. Besides the fact we were the only ones in there… They for sure will not be in town long. Sorry folks, we tried to give you a shot and you didn’t even beat school lunch food… That’s too bad. CB could have used a good Philly place for sure!
