Steak I got was super chewy and way undercooked. When I asked about it they took my plate and card and charged me for the food I literally only took one bite of and then when I tried to talk to someone about it, they just all of a sudden became unavailable. I literally spent $60 for a side of fries and a soda. They didn’t even acknowledge the fact that they messed up. They just charged me and forgot about it..as long as they get their money, they don’t give a crap about customer service or admitting when they messed up. I could have gotten better food at McDonald’s. Will not ever be coming back to this location, especially because this is not the first time something like this has happened. Multiple occurrences of this situation, hair in our food, horrible service, undercooked/overcooked food, etc.. just seems like this store cannot get it together. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good meal spot to pick something else other than this place. The low lighting and nice setting does not make up for the truly horrible experiences I have had with every aspect of this restaurant.
