There is lousy service and then there’s Big Tomato. My friend went in here late one night and the worker harassed her and attempted to call the cops on her for no reason. When the cops came they proceeded to take her side then offer to take her where ever she needed to go because they felt that one of the workers might try to physically assault her. I realize that their sign says lousy service but this is unreasonable.
I hear a lot of haters but I LOVE this pizza! Honey garlic Alfredo? Oh yeah. Delivered in an hour 1/2 but that’s expected here. They’re busy!! I’ll be back!
Horrible rude employees, I wanted my pizza cut into squares and all I got was a hassle. It was not done, and the driver did not care. The phone person said it all goes down the same way…what a bunch of jerks
I had no problems whatsoever with ordering. The guy over the phone took my order quickly (I was off the phome within three minutes) and the delivery guy was here with fresh food within the allotted amount of time and was a really nice guy. The honey wheat crust is delicious, and the italian fries were amazing!
Whatever…It is Good!. The Nancy ( #4 Canadian Bacon & Pineapple Alfredo) is Awesome. The Cheddar Honey Garlic is delicious. They have Strawberry & Grape Pop, it can’t be all bad!
Bad customer service; rude over the phone and make sure you have correcr change when the delivery driver shows up. Had a $100 dollar bill and the delivery driver said he didn’t have enough change, I told him that’s all I have, he then responded with f*** you and sped off..now they don’t deliver to my house and are rude without explination all because the delivery deivers don’t carry enough change and act like children..recommend not eating here..
Do not go here. Worst customer service ever. Verbally abusive over the phone. They do not want business. Also way overpriced and unwilling to explain why the price was so high.
