I die for frozen custard delights, there’s usually always only 2 workers so be prepared for the 5-10 minute wait but the moment you see your gift (the ice cream) it makes it all worth it. Bomb
Disappointing…. I agree with the other review about the portions and the service. We tried to have ice cream tonight, the line was 5 people deep and a line in the drive up. I realized it was going to be busy, but no one ever moved! We waited over 10 minutes without anyone getting their ice cream so we left. There were 3 young men working, no gloves on hands, they take the money and then get your ice cream.
Delicious- but….. The place has a great product- the vanilla ice cream is unbeatable. The problem with Frozen Custard is the service and portions. Sometimes it’s great, but most of the time it is definitely lacking. There is no such thing as portion control here. It is frustrating as we visit often and always order the same things but see very different interpretations time and again. I wish they would go to weighing their products or at least have an employee meeting so everyone can get on the same page to deliver consistent portion sizes- especially as it is somewhat pricey. No problem paying for good ice cream, but I don’t want to feel like I’m getting ripped off.
Delicious!. We went to C.F.C. for a tasty, after-dinner snack! This place definitely delivered a great experience! We ordered two twisters (i.e. Dairy Queen’s Blizzards). They were fantastic! No complaints from us.
