I’m from Wyoming and when we travel we like to try different micro brews and also get some growlers to share with our friends back home. We randomly choose Confluence and could not be happier we did. The beers were great , one of the smoothest IPAs I have had, they did not over do it on the hops. But even better than the beer was the staff especially Courtney. She took extra time to share with my wife and I all about the beers, the history of the brewery and also gave us a quick tour. She was passionate about the product and fun. If I lived here in Des Moines I think after the great experience tonight I would instantly become a regular for both the great brews and company. I encourage everyone looking for a good place to drink and visit to head toward Confluence Brewery, hopefully I’ll make it back someday.
