Donuts and coffee? Look elsewhere. Is this really a donut and coffee shop? I mean if it was shouldn’t it have better donuts and coffee?The donuts are dry, tasteless rings that resemble something that should be wrapped in plastic and served from a vending machine. The coffee is almost as bad. It’s weak and watery. Why can’t I add my own creamer?There are much, much better options for coffee in Des Moines and for donuts try Donut King they’re very close and the donuts there are amazing (bring paper money).

Bad doughnuts. Went to 8th street, w.d.m. – doughnuts were hard, not fresh, could be used as a hockey puck.
Not very good. I normally like Dunkin’ Donuts donuts and coffee drinks, but this location is different. Have tried it several times, and each time the donuts were stale and greasy tasting. The coffee drinks have been hit and miss and the employees just don’t seem to have it together here. I’d recommend going to Starbucks just a few blocks north instead for coffee.
I keep trying because I LOVE DD. Every other location I’ve visited in the US has been terrific. The drinks are terrible 80% of the time. The staff seem confused and untrained each time. Their just moving around aimlessly. They don’t work like a team.The breakfast sandwiches are good but take awhile and the blueberry cake donuts are usually good but I’ve gotten stale frosted donuts a few times. In sum, it’s the terrible drinks and length of time I wait that are the negs for me. I hope they get it figured out soon; I’m starting to annoy myself for continually going back there.
Very disappointed in this location. I have been there 4 times and ordered a cup of coffee and all 4 times they have screwed it up. They do not take the time to make what you ordered. Spend you money at Starbucks down the street and get the coffee you order.
