Very Upset. Well today they lost several good customers, tried to order food for pick up before they even opened and was told they were not taking anymore orders. We didnt even want to pick up our order until after noon. I have never been told I can not place an order from any other place in my life..what a way to run a business. We always order from Francie’s, but wont be anymore. Thats a good $60.00 or more a week they can kiss goodbye.
MAD. The food is very good but when you try to place an order and they tell you they are to busy to take orders they are no longer in need of our business and we use to order at least 1 day a week. Sad that you do not care about keeping your customers.

I’m giving Francie’s a thumbs up but I didn’t think their Reuben was the best I’d ever eaten – sorry, that honor goes to Pracna on Main in Minneapolis – but I would eat here again. It is charming and has been around since 1958 – something to say for that. Would like to see some microbrews on tap.
