    Great sushi, but have consistently experienced bad service from the wait staff.

    Yummy. The sushi was great but the service – not so much. After dining there several times I made the decision never to go back because of poor service time after time.

    They are severely understaffed, so service was lacking. Drink glasses stayed empty for extended periods of time. Sushi was okay, but plating and presentation left something to be desired. Expected more for the high price tag of the specialty rolls. They have desserts listed on the menu, but they are never in stock. We also tried the Teriyaki. The beef was good, but there wasn’t much of it to find among the heaps of undercooked vegetables. This review is based upon 2 visits; one while they were busy and the other while they were slow. I had bought 2 groupons. I will not be returning; not even for half price.

    Excellent sushi! The fish and vegetables are always fresh. Great variety of sushi rolls and wonderful staff. Nothing compares in the midwest.

    Ok food. Bad Service.. I went there for the 1st time tonight. Only had about a 10 minute wait for a table but had to wait about 45-60minutes for our food. We ordered the house salad as an appetizer and 4 rolls. We never got the salad. When our sushi finally came 1 roll was missing. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get that one made. The rolls I got were okay. Definitely preferred the caterpillar over the spider. The person I was with loves this place and it’s sushi. I, on the other hand, will probably never go back.

    Won’t return. Went for lunch today; waited an hour for sushi. We had to physically chase down the server to get status reports and never received our ticket, drink refills, etc. Ended up leaving our payment on the table, and waiting at the sushi table for a to-go container. Discarded the California roll for fear it was no longer safe to consume–it was very, very fishy (odd for crab). Disappointing.
