Excellent. This is by far one of the best hole in the wall restaurants in Des Moines. Hands down the most authentic chinese you will have. They also do the americanized stuff if that is what you or a guest want. However, if you want the good stuff order what the other non american folks in the place are eating. You will not go wrong.
