This place is great!. I am gluten free and my mother has numerous allergies that nearly prevents her from eating out. No gluten, soy, allergic to most oils, the list goes on. The staff was incredibly patient with us and the cook himself came out to work with my mom on her own personal meal! I ate the Pan Seared Barramundi and it was one of the best meals I had that was gluten free. I would highly reccomend this place and come back for another visit!
Allergies? Come here!. I am allergic to everything. Not kidding. Corn, gluten, nuts, dairy, soy, the list continues. Though they only had gluten free labels on the menu, the staff worked extremely hard to accommodate my special needs and substituted where necessary after checking endless lists of ingredients. Not only did they thoroughly check every dish I asked about, but they did it happily and without conplain. Great customer service, guys! I’ll definitely be coming back.
Good Food, great atmosphere. Everything I have tried here has been amazing. Simple but always good. Mixed reviews on the mixed drinks but most ppl come for the wine so I guess it doesn’t really matter! 🙂 love their brunch too!
Great Food, Amazing Service. We were in to celebrate our recent marriage and our service was great–friendly, attentive and personable. We ordered the lobster poutine fries and macaroni and cheese. Both were super flavorful and had depth in their flavor. Loved the rich butteryness of the lobster poutine and the cheese sauce was creamy and rich too. Clearly not a light meal, but they have so many options we can’t wait to go back!
Best Brunch I’ve ever had. The Croque Madame was unbelievably fantastic. For dinner, pork gnocchi is excellent! I agree with other reviews that the service was hit and miss. We were sat next to the server ordering station and that is also apparently server social zone. Our server brought wrong order to me which is no big deal, but with only 10 items on brunch menu, I would expect a server to know the difference between biscuits and gravy and eggs Benedict. Still, going back because the food is that good.
What an Excellent Night Out!. My girlfriend and I went to Louie’s for a few drinks and some dinner late Thursday night. Needless to say, we were really impressed. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff made us feel at home right away. Shannon picked us out a great cab (the Buehller I believe) and our food was incredible. I definitely recommend the Pork Gnocchi and the Bruschetta sample plate. My girlfriend tried the Chef’s Burger and loved it too. It’s easy to enjoy yourself at Louie’s!
Decent. Good food. Fun wine list. Service is totally hit or miss. Have had some great servers for lunch. But for dinner or cocktails we have had the worst servers.
