Tenderloins-Onion Rings. Great………….best in town
Had an Italian beef here. They didn’t even know how to make it. I was born and raised in Chicago so I know my beefs and this was not a beef. Firstly I has to guide the employee step by step how to put the sandwich together. It was a really nice size and full of meat and toppings. Couldn’t wait til I got home to sink my teeth into it. When I did, I was very disappointed. It possessed no flavor at all let alone the unique flavor or a true Chicago Italian beef. I actually feel it’s false advertisement and think they should change the name. No one that works there has obviously ever had a real one. I make better ones at home.
Since discovering Nick’s one year ago – I am addicted. I go at least once a week. Although I have my favorites (sausage pizza, King Tenderloin) I try other items. Go and experiment with the different options. Let the staff know if you have questions or special requests – they will help. A real gem for the south side.
Not much on menu. I ordered the chicken nachos. It came with lots of tortilla chips, heaps of diced tomatoes and black olives. Definitely skimped on the chicken but it did have a good flavor. I’m not complaining though – it was cheap. You get what you pay for.
Hay. Bar far the best place to be across from on army post rd.
Bad service. The lady took are drink orders and are food orders never brought are drinks tell the food came had to ask for refills never recieved plates for are appetizers had to ask for them overall the food was awesome the service was very poor i will be back but hope the service is better
