Still my favorite sushi in Des Moines. Where taste meets the buds!
Atmosphere was mediocre, the sushi was nothing like you see in the pictures. Took longer then it should have to receive. Sushi rolls were poorly made and the drink selection was minimal. Staff was very nice and welcoming though.
LOVE IT!. Stopped in before a concert and had the best sushi, the best service and great drinks. The staff and management checked several times to make sure we were happy. They made the experience even better! A great spot that I can’t wait to go back to for the Dynamite Shrimp. Thank you Sakari!!
Exceptional customer service! One of my new favorite places! My boyfriend and I decided to go here for a date night and we ordered four rolls and we had added cream cheese to one but it came without cream cheese. So we just let the waitress know (just so we didn’t get charged for the extra ingredient. We weren’t mad) she offered to bring out a whole new roll with the cream cheese. We said no that’s ok bc this one is still delicious. Then the manager came over and told us he took that roll off of our bill and he gave us sake bombs which we were planning on getting anyway!! Talk about best service ever! We will be going again!!

We have eaten here often and enjoy the sushi as well as the environment. The staff is always friendly and the sushi is great and reasonably priced. We also enjoy the martinis.
