I was impressed. I normally will not order pasta at any restaurant as I view it being overpriced and it can be made at home relatively easily. I reluctantly ordered the carbonara, and it was surprisingly delicious! I could tell it had white wine (Chardonnay perhaps) in the sauce. Decadent, delicious and certainly delivered on taste and value.
