  No Rice. Got home with my to go order and I didn’t have any rice. Drove back to the restaurant in a snow storm (9 pm on 01/31/15) and when asked they didn’t seem to care and almost questioned me asking for rice. They didn’t offer anything to compensate me for driving back to the restaurant or anything. Small gestures of customer services go a long way in my book.01 Feb, 2015Oops. Forgot my rice on a pick up order and I had to drive back through a snow storm to get some. 1/31/15 @ 915pm. Offered nothing for the mistake.

  Fast delivery. Nothing special, but we like it better than Dragon House and Cheng’s Garden; the other two places that deliver to our house. Just a good standby when we don’t want to order pizza.

  Horrible customer service. We order from them at least once a week but not any more. I specifically asked for sweet in sour sauce and they didn’t include it so I called them to get some delivered and they lady argued with me and insisted she put it in there I double checked and didn’t have any so I asked for some to be delivered or return my money since I had requested it originally and do not like my food with out it and she replied with it is just a cup of sauce! She then said they would deliver me some and never delivered it!!!!
