The food was cold, they gave us undercooked meat, and the service was horrible. We wanted to speak with the manager, but instead he chose to stand around at the bar and ignore us. The food was overpriced as well. You’re better off saving your money and going to McDonalds, because that is what we ended up doing afterwards.
Fantastic burgers and really cool atmosphere. Truffle fries… Wow!! No one at our table had a bad meal. I haven’t had a burger this tasty in many years. Highly recommend!
Service started off being not so hot, but free beer and everything was ok. Food was great. Would go back and eat again. The burgers were awesome…..and the had Potosi on tap!
LOVE this place!!. The broasted chicken and pork tenderloin entries were excellent. Can’t wait for the next time we go!
Will be back again!. The menu had many great things to choose from. The burger was one of the best I have ever had! Must try the truffle parmesan fries also they were delicious! Service was great and very friendly staff.will definitely stop again.
Terrible service so so food. Went here on Friday night. Was pretty busy but got seated right away. After 15 minutes we hailed someone down a man stopped by our table and said our server would be there shortly. Another ten minutes he stopped back and said he guess he would serve us. Another twenty minutes our food came. No taste terrible. No tableware so we went to the bar and ask for tableware. Then he brought the bill. Of course he stood there and waited for payment. So disappointed in the whole experience
Subpar Service. Everytime my family and I have tried to eat here the waiting time is horrible at best and that goes for the staff as well. The order is always messed up in one way or another, the waitresses always seem to forget anything you ask them for, and the bartender is always rude. I feel it is also a bit distasteful to hear the bartender and wait staff talk about their trashy weekend activities with customers in ear shot. The food, when you finally get it (and if you get the right meal) is usually great, but a bit over priced. If the service wasn’t so off putting I would love to try this place again. Not any time soon though.
