Seriously… I find this article crazy. Tonight was my first and last experience at the Copper Kettle. From a recommendation my friend and I tried this place. Even thought it was in a sketchy neighborhood we gave it the benefit of the doubt. Everyone in our section had order and been served, we realized our waitress Kara never put our order in. Asking for the manager we were told the kitchen was backed up and it would take 2 hours to get our food. After I approach the bartender he explained that was not true and the manger was not able to help us but our food would be out in 15 minutes. We were given a bill bill for our meal . Asking for the manger AGAIN we were told there wasnt a manger but we were welcomed to contact the owner Chris and he gave me his contact card. I had to pay for crappy service and lousy excuses because he would not pay a manager and refused to come out and apologize. I give credit to the host and bartender for their service. But unfortunately since this owner doesnt have the balls to make it right I will never come back or visit the next dive.
