Pit Master Randy Root's very own Char B Que! We use our very own smoking and roasting techniques to create a unique style of barbacue, and all meats are smoked daily in our smoke house. All of our sides are also made fresh daily, inlcuding our delcious meat and vegetable packed baked beans, unlike any you have had before! When your in the Pit, flavor comes first!
