Delicious! We just visited for the second time and were once again impressed by the excellent food and the friendly (and fun) service. Julia and Alex serve up a great meal. Please visit this incredible local gem. There is something to please even the pickiest of eaters. Fresh, flavorful, homemade…We cannot wait to go back!

Unexpected gem. Europa Cafe is tucked away in what looks like office space. It’s small, but makes up for its size in big flavor, and generous portions. The menu is like nothing else in Dubuque, and I have tried a different dish every time I go there, each one delicious. I recommend having everyone at the table ordering something different and then sharing, because it’s too hard to pick just one.If you’re going for lunch, get there early because the tables fill up quickly.
