=D !!!. Fiesta Cancun is so delicious! The Sante Fe Chicken amazing. It’s hard to make chicken breast interesting, but the flavor, texture and juiciness was amazing. The service was incredible! My party and I were well taken care of, and the workers clearly love their restaurant.
I love Fiesta Cancun! I don’t understand why a reviewer would point out that the parking lot usually only has a few cars. Everytime I pass by the restaurant, which is almost daily, there are many more than a few. The service and food have always been good. Fiesta Cancun have several locations from Rockford to Freeport, and even Platteville. They must be doing something right to have opened and sustained each location. We have also tried many items on the menu and have our favorites: we love the carnitas (very authentic), burrito de la roqueta, enchilada cancun and chilequiles mexicanos.
Give it a second try. I was not impressed the first time I went there after it opened tried but tried it a year or so later and now i’ve been to Fiesta Cancun 15 times or more .since the first time i’ve not been disappointed with my food. The service has never been that bad, they are generally attentive and friendly. I’d Def recommend this place in Dubuque.Best Chili Pablanos (rellinos)around.

Tasteless food and bad service. I had never had such bland mexican food in my life, I mean it had no taste to it at all. And the service was pretty much non-existant. From what I’ve seen, this place never has more than two or three cars parked in front, so chances are it is on it’s way out.
Best Mexican in Dubuque! Their fajita quesadilla is great. Their salsa is very good too!
Not as good as Los. Fiesta Cancun has 1 great dish – already mentioned in other reviews, but it’s the only thing that’s good. And they need umbrellas for the outside tables. (Though at least they have outside tables…)
