  Awesome!. Whenever I travel for my job and end up in Dubuque, I always make a point of eating at Fiesta Cancun. I took my husband there last night March 1, 2012 and had one of the best Mexican food we’ve had since we moved from San Diego 25 years ago. This is as close as you can get to the authentic Mexican food we enjoy when we go to San Diego. I always order the quesadilla grande with chicken and thick sliced bacon with sauted onions, mushrooms and cheese. It’s huge, made with a 10 inch tortilla shell, I always have to ask for a box to bring leftovers home. You definitely get your money’s worth. Service was great, waiter checked on us frequently to refill our chips and drinks. We will come back, even if it is over an hour’s drive. Try it, I think you’ll definitely like it.

  What a disappointment!. We visited Fiesta Cancun for lunch yesterday and were thoroughly disappointed in both the food and the service. Our coffee was served on the cool side of lukewarm, but we were never able to flag down our waiter for hot coffee. Salsa and chips were good, but that was the high point of the meal. Both of us had virtually flavorless meals, with a soggy chile relleno and soupy refried beans. We had to corral a busboy to get hot coffee, and never saw our waiter again until it was time to present the check. Next time it’s Los Aztecas for sure.

  Best Margarita. Yes, I’m that person at a Mexican that orders American food… hahaha… I absolutely love their Steak Americana… I actually go there because they have great Margaritas (I love their new Cancun Margarita).
