Slow service, long wait. Went to this restaurant for the first time today. The place was busy and there were no clean tables. The waitress told us to sit anywhere and she would get to us. 5 minutes later she came up and asked if we had eaten. No we told her, we asked for menus and someone to clean the table. We got there at 2 pm and at 2:38 still had not gotten our food. We ordered burgers and it shouldn’t have taken over 40 minutes. We asked her how much longer it would be, but she was rude and just gave excuses. We chose to leave since she gave us attitude and could not tell us how much longer it would be. We enjoy trying new places and unfortunately had a bad experience at this place. We will not be back at the Ice Harbor Restaurant.
