Terrible customer service. 0 stars were earned during our visit. I would take away stars if I could. First, very poor and extremely inattentive service from wait staff. While we were waiting to be helped, another couple came in and sat down. They were never greeted by a server so after about 15 mins. they got up and left. Second, the place is filthy and in bad shape. Third and the most important….after getting my bank statement and balancing my check book, I discovered I was overcharged. I tried to resolve it with management, however he kept saying I was never there and they didn’t charge me. I even sent proof of the charge to him and he chose to ignore this and basically called me a liar. So if you want to be ripped off this is the place for you. I would never recommend this place and I’ll be sure to specifically mention not to eat here to everyone I speak with.
This place is awesome and is the only decent place for Mexican food in Dubuque. Yes, the salsa has onions, it also has cilantro and tomatoes. They use delicious corn tortillas and the price is modest. It’s the closest I’ve had in Dubuque to real Mexican food that I enjoy when I’m in Mexico.
